if i remember well, all the dragonball quests have an arrow (circle) so you can complete them, could you please scan the whole area and accept all quests, i bet you'll find the 3star soon enough.
I got a quest at around lvl 25, and after completing a few in chain, one came up, and showed me a mark on the map, but I have no wild guess how to get there, so can someone please help me with this.

k, I've found some answers for my quest problem. But I didn't still completed them. It's quest like make a mail, party, etc. I already completed 2: Duel and mail someone. What can I do for the others? ;o
hey in the indian area there is a big rock with an axe on the top of the rock i got x on the rock and 6 creatures to kill but there are no creatures near the rock.... what do i need to do????? Help me please.....

Just make a group and try it again, i recommend you go with a group since it's quite hard for a lvl 26 MA :).
