not all ToS's are the same, to put it simply if they didn't want us to play then they wouldn't let us access it from outside of china and would have made it so it requires a full account to play, they obviously saw what the korean version did wrong and don't want to make the same mistake.
that would reallyh suck , i mean after waiting for more than 2 years to play the game i finally got in 5 minutes ago ... I hope they dont start banning , and i cant wait to see you in-game the name is Thunderrer

I don't think we can get banned for just not being from TW.
Think about Korean Version, we were using KSSN from another person and still weren't banned...
Its a TW Game and it's open for everyone like American games that people from other countries play.
I don't think there is any real reason to ban foreign players, at least for the moment. Think about it; we're in open beta right now, that means they want lots of players to stress test their servers. It's a win-win really; we get to play the game, and in exchange we stress test their servers for free. The way I see it, the more the merrier. Just don't expect support from them in English (even though some have received it).
Also, notice how they have made no effort to prevent foreigners from registering. Absolutely no personal information is required to be provided in order to play this game.
Players get banned cuz they breaking rules.
1st of them are spanish players. They using trade channel for "talking", I mean spaming on spanish. They not using it for trade.
Croatia here.
But Yeah anyway, the most dumbest people in dbo are Spanish people and their spamming in trade chat..
If we will get banned, it will be cause of those Spanish kids.
