Once you lodge the online form and get to Step 2 you cannot change any information. Make a new account and try the process again.
As stated on the guide, type 000000000 in the online form, but when you fill out the Fax-report, use your real phone number. Everything must be real on the Fax-report for it to work. Once you have done this, use the e-mail in the guide and send it off!
And no, you cannot change your e-mail once you have made a full account.
