If you did only the first flying quest it seems like you still have around 3 level 15 quests left. I did them accidently, but if you have a scroll in your inventory (blue one) just right click it and you should be able to fly for a while. Then there is another quest that gives you a scroll aswell, but requires you to fly and dash at the same time. I hope I'm not explaining too badly.
Just check your inventory and use the scroll and ofcourse all of the level 15 quests are received from the same NPC.
I have done all flying quest of lvl 15 (I think... last one was whit dashing )but I have no quest near korins tower... many I then is a quest that redirect to this flying quest?
If you ask me you haven't done them yet. Otherwise you would have a quest near korins tower. Are you sure you were flying and dashing at the same time? I didn't know what to do and just dashed on the ground and that didn't work. See if that quest is on your quest list (Default key J) and if it is, abandon it and ask the NPC for new one.
sucks, I have to grow up just to finish. Man this game is little like DBZ. Gohan, and Goten was flying as kids. But i have to be an adult to finish it. LAME. Someone let me know when the potion that turns you back to a kid is added. till then I think i'm done with DBO.
