Where u got it from? Looks totally awesome looks like even SSJ2 wouldn't stand a chance against it. And i think that this will be a monster in a possible future UD.

It is off the Netmarble website. It was also linked in the thanksgiving event page.

The details (Not 100% positive) are that cell will be in TMQ8. TMQ8 will be below Majin land and will bring the gift of level 75 with it.

but damn if they really are planning to bring something like cell to tmq 8 then things are about to go crazy, and that level 75 level cap, wow that's some interesting news even if it's not 100% confirmed I'm still getting hyped I really hope things goes that well on the upcoming big updates.

Some Koreans are saying that it will be in October. I wouldn't count on it though.
