If you but them from this website, you have the option to pay via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. Once the payment has gone through, then you'll recieve an e-mail with a code and pin to which you enter onto Wasabii and 'credit' your account the points!

Did you make sure you included the same information as you filled out on the Wasabii website?
I also think you might have to be atleast 18 if not 21 years of age to get a full account. Otherwise, you need to get your guardians permission to do so.
