100% CD makes IT actually instant!
If only they actually added the true Instantaneous Movement skill.
There was a glitch back when they added the new skills and were giving out free green resets, you could get your CD into minus 84552332 secs or so, only downsize was it basically stopped your skill from working permanently, only way to fix it was to reset.

when we had to download a whole new.client ......
we were getting skill reset every 2 hours that was best even ever
does the CC gray Armour have CD% like the others one? and if they do how much?
yes the gray armors have 12% CD less then purple and red armors but they are lv60 legendary and high base for example of majin (Thats my leader he did Floor 100 yesterday and like you see his effect Anticrit boxed)
