what does the brown book do?

I only had like 30 from OB...probably since I didn't play since OB.

Still, nice to get items for doing nothing.

The brown book rests 1 Skill Point (SP).

that sounds quite nice. Can use that.

The brown book resets 1 skill point, the brown box can either make stats on an item better or change them to different stats. Both are good in their own rights though.

do you get a book every day?

It's possible, the news seems to say you would, if that is what the item is. Translation is hard to figure out sometimes, but Hong Kong's server had an event not too long ago that gave out the books... never did find out if they were every day or random chance though.

If they DO give it every day, I wouldn't doubt that the item would be bound to accounts like every other depot item, so it's not something you can make money off of.

same here for the most part (I don't think 7 of them could completely fix mine XD) but let's both hope that's what the item is!
