We knew from the beginning that it will be cash shops :)

Netmarble does not produce games that has monthly fees. And when there will be english version (if will be) it depends on company that buys the license on what type of payment they will choose. I bet on Cash shops everywhere ;)

if global release makes cash shops this game will steal all of the MMO players from around the world. This will become the best free to play game ever. But i doubt. But on the other hand who knows. There are many people who would buy flying nimbus and gokus outfit or piccolos or some special items.

I know cash shops will work and earn a lot of money to developers but i hope the same thing will be on global level:)

I think it depends on the cash shop honestly. Many players avoid f2p games because of broken cash shops. (Broken being someone spends $25 to get a weapon that it'd take another person months to create/find in game) Loads of people don't really care about the exp boosting items, or the instant repair ones, just the ones that seriously unbalance gameplay.

Others just avoid it for the type of audience that f2p games usually attract. --Though I don't really have any doubt that it'd do well. It's highly enjoyable to play.

On the other hand i know a lot of people who would spend thousands on cash shops which are pointless for me.I dont like epx boosters and stuff like that i just like to play it naturall,as it was meant to be:)
believe me if this goes all around the world with cash shops they will earn a lot :)

The problem is, when you reach lvl 40, and you are stuck in lvl 40 for 2 days, when the people with Exp Booster gets lvl 41 in 3 hours, for example.
(maybe I exagerated).

But anyway, I hope is not heavily unbalanced.

if they want to ruin the game for themselves and rush through it then let them but after waiting so long for this game i intend to make it last. plus even if they have an exp booster they wont have any advantage in battle so they can enjoy fighting the same 5 people while they wait a few months for everybody else to catch up.

Typically exp boosts are mild ranging from +25%~+50% rarely 2x. So I don't think we'd need to worry about that too much.

-- I was giving an example of what some item malls have mind you, not saying this was going to be in DBO. Wanna avoid confusion there.

Also the xp boost applies to monsters, not quests, and as we all know this game is based on quests mostly.(at least till 30)

I'm pretty sure that yeah at some point we will have to grind, after 30-35 probably, then I'll probably think about the boosts ;o

well boosters wont help you much because as rozeros said they are 25% boosters max almost in every serious game. Its not such a big difference. At high levels it wont make a big difference its going to be hard to grind believe it or not.Boosters and stuff thats only marketing but when you see trough it you see that its pointless to buy all that stuff. But anyway there are many people willing to spend a lot of money on cash shops,i say what the hell guys go and spend i know i wont.I personally like more to eat hamburger or pizza then buy something i dont really need, its just a game.

It's a game for you.But it's the work for some people. So if someone wants to spend money on games, i really dont see a problem.
