As usual, i have a question, which i will ask now: The Taiwanese version (except the later Version) -is the total same as the Korean version, due to gameplay, characters, etc. except the languages, which, is Taiwan?

There's 2 files there. One with a .torrent at the end and one without .torrent (which is a downloader). Whether or not that downloader uses P2P I don't know, but that's your only other option.
If the torrent is going slow and you don't know why I suggest searching on Google for possible solutions.
The downloader is using BitCometLite, which is essencially a lighter version of bitcomet, so i'm guessing it uses p2p.
As for the times and dates, i hope it is as u said.
