That is a build full heal do not waste of points.
-You have Staff Slash you can use with mobs when are kill you.
-Reflect at 3 points to get 15 physical reflect is better when farm and go to cc or something much mobs attac you.
-Kami's Desire at max because do more damage and you can restore a little more LP of mobs if much mobs attac you at same time.
-You have all Heals of dragon clan and Healer Full because With Kami's Healing Technique is REALY good in Tqm's And Ud's.
-Unleashed Spirit at max, you can use it when dont have Ultimate Majin in the party or dont have nothing to give LP and EP Buff.

-Staff Slash, ultra usefull( sarcasm ) when 30 mobs atack you, you can KD one so only 29 left
-Reflect, CC mobs low floors atack for hmm 200~500 and have 30/40k LP so you reflect 30~75 DMG per hit
75DMG to their 40.000 LP lol, higher floors mobs with 1-2K DMG and 130K LP+ so 300 DMG to their 130.000LP, next ultra usefull skill for pve... ( next sarcasm ). This skill is good only for 1vs1 or 5vs5
-You think you will have time to use it when massive mobs atack you ? Better spam heals than use this skill to recover 2-3k LP
-All heals are needed except Kami's Mercy: long CD, 1sec cast, small area, need upgrade scroll for it. With 1~2x CD earrings you shouldn't have problems to heal with Healing Wave, Divine Healing and Super Healing Wave.
-Unleashed Spirit max its good idea, often majins haven't their LP buff so it help a bit.
