ok i'm new here (my first day) and don't really know what's going on here ... i don't have my scoutter anymore , dragon radar or quest finder ... anyone knows why ? or how can i get them back ? if i can ...

KazukiShin, first of all welcome to the community and the world of DBO! Now, since you are new, you must know that every now and then the game runs a maintenance, to fix bugs and all that stuff (once a week to be precise). Also, every now and then (don't know how often, but not in a short basis) they add patches to the game that change some settings, add new stuff and remove others. The reason you can't find the scouter or it's chips is becaiuse the older one's been removed. In exchange they added a new scouter (you can get it from every scouter merchant) that needs no chips, but has incorporated the quests search and DB chips (provided you buy that one, that costs something like 120k if I'm correct). Thanks alot ^^ that helped alot ^^ ... even so at the scoutter merchant i saw 2 scoutters but wasn't so expensive , actually they were very cheap lol ... but if i can find the dragon balls and the quests without the old chips is okay ^^ ... thanks again

No problem man! Happy to be helpful :) Also, you should know there're 2 types of dragonballs. The ones you get from quests, and the ones you get from mobs. The first type you'll gather all seven at level 20 aprox, and will be able to make a single wish that will give you a great set of armor (useful at least until lvl 40), a selleable item, and in the past the DB chip, but now that's gone. As for the other DBs, the one you get from mobs, you can make a whole lot bunch of wishes from that ones, from nice armor, to dragon's king buffs or transformations (super saiyan, kid buu, etc.). In order to collect those, you need to search for mobs that the radar indicates a DB on them, and that'll mean they have a SLIGHT chance to drop them, but not 100% effective. The stronger the enemy the greater the chances of course. So, if you are, sayyyy, lvl 40, it'd be good to hunt mobs same level as you or avobe, never less. Good luck man! anything else just ask!

but how do they work i got one and i cant scan nothin or no one

you have a icon with a scoutter near the character LP and EP and if you press T you will activate your scoutter , just left click the monster and you can scan it ^^ .. and for the dragon balls , they just show up on the mini map (no need for the scoutter to be activated) ... hope i helped ^^
