+ sucess rate neckless

If Lp% is useful against speed atk, I think the idea of Skedar is better. Imo, Now Fighters can do much damage with that strategy then sk's need the most possible defense, especially now

LP% , or Not wait u see lv70+15 26% as x2 , Even 90% Lp recover dont stop it (+15 crit u 4-5k per hit so LoL how u stop him with Lp%)

if u wanna Beat Fighter , Wear New Lv70 necklace Max succes rate , and Focus Pant+ anti Crit Jaket

Thats How pro do , u need no ***in miss , make sure u kill him fast , and get Senzu,Autopot,LP ready
