Poor Tien has a power level of only 20,000 and is overshadowed by the massive power levels of Goku and Vegeta, but Tien is clever.
Tien decides to use his Multi-Form technique to split himself into 8 Tiens. These 8 Tiens then form 4 groups of 2 Tiens each, and each group performs a perfect fusion dance. There are now 4 Tiens, and they too re-arrange themselves into groups of 2 and fuse perfectly with eachother. The resulting 2 Tiens fuse together one final time, bringing the total number of Tiens back to 1.
