sounds like an internet connection problem bro. my internet will sometimes cut out at random moments. try disconnecting your comp from the internet, turn off internet(if possible) wait like 20 seconds, then plug it back in and try again.
if that doesnt work, i suggest that on the laucher, there are 2 white buttons on the right hand side fo the laucher... click the top one and it should work just like a repatching as it should download all files again and check dbo integrity.
does it occur when you try to log in, or as soon as the login page pops up? because if its when you log in, then you just need to type everything in real slow and check each letter and number.

It occures soon as I'm typing then it just pops up saying that ir failed I type in my login name and when I type in password looking for the letters it pops up right in the middle of my logging in
