my guildmate had the same problem.because he was using the fly glitch and DC over a pond or something.He called customer service and they fixed the problem and gave him 10 wagu coins for his trouble.

they gave him 10 wagu coins? i think thats pretty lucky. but its always good to have a back up character near your main character's level i mean i have a lvl 47 sm and a lvl 32 dende priest so if one gets glitched i switch to another. pretty easy to lvl up to 30 if you ask me
Like Godrain, also my guildmate had the same problem, when scramble event he was crashed by chinese clan. He also contacted customer service and they fixed it.
1 thing i notice u said is 3 months is how long u tried
then u went to 5 months
then i was thinking lvl 30 wow how long did that take u?? first time for me first character was 1 week
2cd character took all of 2-3 days

By these 3-5 months you wasted, you could be atleast Level 50 if you would start a new character then, lol. And also if it happened around 3 months ago, then you should have just started a new character, since they were giving free Level up 33 cookies anyway.
Lol this happens to me every day, you must have gotten one of those infinite loading screens. All you have to do is restart your computer and login to the game.
