Great namek is just a fun transformation for the warrior tribe, its not usefull.
If you've been able to gather all 7 dragonballs, your best off with whishing for HTB2 first, and then dragonbuffs.
Well I wouldn't say that. I've seen it do good in various situations, and if I recall it also helped Legion out in completing UD6. However, I see it more geared towards Dendes or Nameks more built around using it.

It's particularly effective when leveling-farming in the UD3-Hard dungeon. With a properly geared GN, you can 2 hit super mobs and farm about 1000-1200exp per kill with an exp pot!

yes if ur a dragon clan, i could murder them in 2 hits, you however cannot do such thing.
