this kind of stuff happened to me, try tomake sure that ur computer dowloaded the full 3.1 GB. it may have stopped someway in. thats how i fixed it

setup file was 3.09gb

idk, maybe that last bit may hVE BEEN THE PROBLEM. FULLY DOWNLOADED OR NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE ON THIS FORUMS SAY THAT THERES WORKS AFTER REDOWNLOAD, SOMETHING MIGHT OF HAPPEFENED IN THOSE HOURS IT WAS DOWNLOADING. oops! hit the caps key

yeah if their doing weekly maintenance or rolling restarts of the servers and channels or preparing the servers for a new patch then no you won't be able to log in and do anything and its like that for ANY MMO
