Thats a recipe , and i guess it requires a certain crafting level , like for example 'weapon crafting lvl 3' or something like that.

so it doesn't give me level 35?

Ofc not lol , thats just a recipe that would let ya craft some item , 21-35 in the chest description just says what lvl of items or recipes can u get from it.

Anyone know how to make the LP scout chips work? I plug them in but my LP doesnt change. Am I reading it wrong or something?

These two rings seem to affect the same stat, yet they both have different icons. Are they different in some way? and what are the stats they are affecting?

I dont really knowabout those 3 items , but the rings often raise 1 stat while lowering another , for example i had some rings that lower max EP , but raise max LP , or lower hit rate while raising energy attack and so on , best way to find out is unequip all the jewels , and equip one of them , see ur stats with it , then unequip it and see ur stats whitout it.

any one know what is this???
