It's useful to post screenshots when asking for help with quests. I don't know about anyone else, but I definitely don't know any of the MOBs by their ID numbers. If you provide a pic of the quest text, the map with the quest markers, and maybe the NPC you got it from then I might be able to help you.

If I had to guess based on the info you've provided though, I'd say you're probably looking for a group of Red Pants MOBs (4 dogs and a tank) who patrol the road between the 3 quest markers on the map (check to see if the markers are actually for 3 different quests or the same one). Sometimes they won't be there at all, in which case you have to wait for them to spawn.

clik in the item beside the 0/6 ( select the thing that are in the red "x" first) and there summon 6 dogs and u can kill them for finish the quest

okay so for this mission i got the scouter from the wagu wagu machine and I've equipped it to myself but when I scan the girl with my scouter nothing happens see: http://s10.postimg.org/juxt5r8xl/sco...ot_working.png

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to scan a monster nearby, not the actual questgiver. I've also heard a rumor that this quest can only be done with the starting scouter, but I can't confirm or deny whether that's true or not.

Hello, after completing all the quests in Yahhoy East, I can't find anymore quests. I'm lvl 46 now. I've gone to Mushroom Rocks North, but I could only find a few quests talking to some people, which eventually led me to this Pilaf look-a-like. He gave me a quest too but I have no idea what to do. The quest isn't marked on the map and mentions a Pilaf Memorial, a location as far as I know does not exist in the game, and Pilaf Fountain, which I checked out, and there's absolutely nothing.

Maybe someone knows what I need to do for this quest, and where I can find more quests. Here's a pic:
