are probably still alive. I know Mayuri is "saving" them, but Bambietta should have killed them
right there. but Ikkaku hasn't used bankai yet. Dunno, it seems shinigami in this round don't get killed off unless they are finished off like Kensei and Rose. but that is kind of an insult to
Bambietta's power, since those explosions should be at least Captain level.

Except those two are basically pseudo captains, they may be low ranking, but both of them hide their powers for different reasons.

I kinda hate build up chapters, I mean I get that it's needed for good story telling, but I feel bleach does it to often lol.

well this chapter is necessary, there's only so much 18-20 pages can do to advance the story a lot. it's step by step process.

this is really getting deeper!!!!
Also, it does make sense, remember that last time Hitsugaya was seen, they defeated Cang Du, however they
were exhausted afterwards from the previous damage from Bazz B. So being in that vulnerable state,
it is a smart strategic decision for Giselle to add Hitsugaya to the zombie collection (perhaps Rangiku also?)
This also foreshadows what Hailbel might be like, though like the first Quincy Arrancar we have seen in this
arc, her new allegiance probably isn't of the zombie manipulation kind.

But what's interesting is that it's confirmed that Ikkaku has been marked, HOWEVER, they haven't turned
zombie yet, is Giselle saving Ikkaku as a trump card for later? Well Giselle was about to turn Hitsugaya,
so it can't be a power level thing, Hitsugaya is definitely stronger than Ikkaku, and even Mayuri acknowledged
that Hitsugaya would be a serious problem.

As for Bambietta being so easily beaten by a Fraccion, Mayuri must have upped the power level of the Fraccion
so they can rival Stern Ritter level. Plus damage from Hollows is the bane of Quincy, so it does add up.

With all these events occuring, I haven't noticed that there are thirteen warriors in shinigami side
(though that isn't counting Fullbringers, and the Arrancar allies that were previously seen in Hueco Mundo).
