Teen Gohan is wearing what Piccolo wears, Namekians in the game can already wear it and so can Humans. It's considered armor in the game, any clothing that resembles what Teen Gohan wore would be armor.
As for adult Gohan, they have his school uniform, Saiyaman, and kai dogi.
