As i said before the game is in a closed beta stage. If you got your VIP code, you should pay attention to Taiwanese DBO facebook page for news. The VIP code events end in 5th May, so the game should be available after that date, or as Citrinate said, in summer. As for the language it will be in Chinese, but the English patch should work with the game.
hopefully after the event closes will the closed beta be available.
Ye i think they will have to make the game available, in the end of the event there are going to be hundreds ( thousands? ) of people with codes and no game, that means hundreds of bored people.
