You can use google translator to translate those kind of texts, but roughly it says that testing time is over and You need to wait for open beta to start ;) Game will not start until then, so wait patiently like everyone here :)

You can only start the game if the servers are up, we are waiting for 3rd beta right now.

ok i downloaded the torrent but i cant install it and it give me 2 options 1 says use the correct service to find the correct program and 2 select the program from the list oif installed programs

can someone tell me whats wrong with the torrent download

Probably answer is simple as that You don't have torrent client for downloading torrents ;P.

Dowload for example uTorrent http://www.utorrent.com/

Then You can download Torrent file and begin downloading file from this torrent.

Or easier way for You is to download partial file from other links if You can't manage with Torrent.

One more thing I forgot is here

but i have bittorrent what does that mean that the file only works when u download it from utorrent and no other torrents

It also works with Bittorrent, just open the torrent, click the 2nd option you said
"select the program from the list of installed programs"

and browse for Bittorent, if its not on the list just search it on your desktop if you got a shortcut.

ok i have a question if your waiting on the 3rd beta why dont you guys just make servers until the final beta comes out then switch to the new beta when it comes out insted of waiting when all of us can have fun
