I alo get this same error. Creating the application is failed error code [0]. I tried to install and run applocale and it wouldnt install properly it got some error and told me to call customer support. Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I got applocale to install. So now what I do is open applocale, navigate to my DBO_CT_TW folder, click the DBO application, then scroll through the long list of languages and pick the taiwanese one? Or am I supposed to run the initial setup of dragon ball online before I've installed it through applocale instead of the DBO application itself?

When you open applocale, find the DBOlauncher.exe and open it through that program. Mind you, this process works for Window XP users only!

It's not a virus, your anti-virus program is picking up a false positive. Add these two execute files to your firewall and anti-virus exclusions and/or turn off your anti-virus program and all should work well!

AppLocale only works with Windows XP. If you have Windows XP, make sure you run your execute files as an administrator. Yes, this includes the DBOlauncher.exe and DBO.exe

You should not encounter this problem anymore.

I get an error that says "the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect" and I have no idea how to fix it!
