We are not making a new game this is a private server with a few tweaks

Google or dbocom is enough to find Private server. I dont think so Akira or someone who's got all "rights" will look at Private server got money from his DB or others.
If You make game Lizard Balls, change a lot of thing to DBO not looks like DBO (DB world) its ok xD.
Just read about rights.

I saw many Private server games or games based on anime. For example Pokemons. I saw MMO and some days later on webside was info about closing Webstie and servers becouse they used graphics and names of pokemons. They can choose - close everything or meeting in court of law. Its just one of examples what i good remember. No one want to end adventure with DBO, but its just true.

Here's a fact for you. The only thing anyone with those "rights" is worried about is their bottom line. These people have expensive lawyers. If the cost of legal action is more than what they think they are losing from allowing a non-profit private server of a dead game no longer supported by developers or publishers to be run by a small community, what do you think they are going to do?

NTL is dead. Wasabi closing DBO, that means they will have no DBO copyrights anymore. So tell me who will give a f.ck? Soon there will be no DBO. How can there be legal issues when there is no one to care about the dead game. Pluss there will be no profit from it. Use brains before trying to talk 'smart'.

i know people who opened servers of dead games, i dont think they have had an issue

i perssonaly played in Tera private server it is amazing and its still runin till now

we can do the same to DBO and Have FuN all together :) , we donate we help and we enjoy

Is there anyway I can contact you guys. I'll make a list of music I think that will fit the game. It will mainly be OST's of DB/Z/GT and I can return to composing some of my own music as well.

Yeah,youre right, bro. But I am pissed that people chose whining,complaining and discouraging other people who are giving their effort to save game for.. THEM. I mean these suckers would join player ranks if DBOPS team successeeeed. I wish that when DBOPS sees daylight these people would be banned from even making single acc.
