Uhm my friend said when he became a full member he got a lot of zeni, is there a way i can get zeni if i have a full member account? or can i buy some without it?
You won;t just get zeni given to you if you create a full account. You need to use really money to purchase in-game items to then, you can sell for zeni. But be careful, some items you buy from the WEB/Cash shop bind to your character and you cannot sell them

Now ive filled out the whole list..but for some reason ive never even got the page for the Fax thing..it just skipped the last couple steps. but after that i could go into my account and change the password/mail so does this mean its a full account now?
