i downloaded the taiwanese client via torrent, installed and updated the game correctly, applied the english patch correctly.
For the first two times it worked great, but now after i make login, i get a message saying ''Server message Receiving Server information 23sec'' and then the game closes or crashes can anyone help me?
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

me too i get this message then i play for 10 seconds and all of a sudden it log's off

i found out what my problem was.
Since i had 2 antiviruses(Avira and Norton), both of them were blocking the dbo launcher and preventing ngameGuard from connecting to the internet or connecting to the servers.
Bottom line is, try turning off your antiviruses or make exceptions for dbo,dbo launcher and the ngameguard app on your antiviruses. This method worked for me and i hope it helps anyone having the same problem. Good Luck.

I need help with same problem, when i play on server 2 everything was perfect:) but when i change server to 1, problems was a begin :)

need help, quickly :) computer is good with win 7 and ccleaned everything.

I also get that message when I play with my lvl 18 char, but when I start a new char it plays smoothly.
I'm on server 2.

PLEASE HELP!
