Halfway to level 15, and i'm relatively new. I just got that dash skill where you double tap the RMB with the direction, when I noticed I missed out on a bit more passive skills that I don't really know where to get ... and while i'm here I don't know the objective of some of these quests... is there full translations on the forum somewhere? I'm really enjoying the game, but as expected there's just all-around confusion.

-Edit- I noticed looking at Targets really helps with the quests, so maybe just a small heads-up on the passive skill quests?

Those skills are gained from the Time Leap Quests.
You probably missed those quests or still got them in your questlog.

It's highly likely I missed them, then. T_T


-Edit/Update- I got charge, and I received the quest for block and the other so i'm all squared away now! Thanks for the input I recieved, even if minimal it helped me greatly. ^^
