Im new on the TW server and i have the problem that i cant see/read the TW letters.I only see empty boxes.And my question is if someone could tell me,how i can change my System Local to TW.I tried that without a guide or something but i failed.
My System: Windows XP

Just go to your configuration screen and click on "clock, language..." there you will see change location under "country and language" there you can set it in TW.
But I dont have any trouble cause my system local stands on netherlands and i can see everything in the game.

its easy to solve that problem, your pc cannot recognise the asian languanges, you need to install a pack of languages on your windows(Asia Laguange pack) you can find it on your windows cd
in order to install it go to control panel then local configuration language, then on language and select all the options, then go advanced options and select all taiwanese, japan, chinese language scrolling the bar down that it appears, then click Apply, now your pc will ask you to put windows cd for start installing the language files
if you dont have windows cd, dont worry you can search on google for Asia language pack, i found months ago.
the installing is simply when it ask you the windows cd you put the files manually from the asia language pack.
after you got all restart pc
i will search the page from i downloaded the pack if you need
