Check to be sure Your Graphics driver and Network adapter are up to date. Also I'd suggest buying a gaming network card such as Bigfoots network card or killers network card (google them) they're expensive for some but insanely good. It could also be a server sided problem, or a systematic problem.

I've decided to try and reinstall it and see if that works. The only problem is that I can't find the uninstaller..
