Every Time I open up Dragonball Online the start menu pops up, so I click start then an error pops up saying Game Initialize Failed.

So if anyone knows how to fix my problem, please reply.

Try running the game as Administrator.

always run anything to do with DBO as an admin solves 90% of the problem
