You seem to not be the on a default Adminstrator account, I suggest running as adminstrator it takes only 2 seconds to right click lol.

You can always do it manually? Open your pack files, rename lang0 to something in case u messup, then from the english patch files copy and paste the file "lang0" into the DBO pack folder.

the pack folder should be under localize>taiwan>pack or netmarble>dragonball online>pack

Look at my post? really all u have to do is rename the old file, drag the new one in. and when u open the launcher click the first button in the grey side bar.

He he dude i solve the problem i clik on the lang0 and select properties and deselect read only apply and works :D
