hi every1 can any1 tell me what i should do because when i try and load the game i geta message say launcher and the rest is in chinese or somthing like that i have uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times can any1 help

i uninstalled it and restalled it and the put the base pak from the english patch in 2 the folder but after i uninstalled it i restared the laptop
