change your locale to Taiwan and then run as admin. Two things you should do if anything wrong happens. If those don't work re-patch.
alright i didnt do anything but now its saying "Game Initialize Failed" as soon as i hit start before it would at least show the lil DRAGONBALL ONLINE box then show the GameGaurd box and crap then say Error Code 0 and stuff but now I can't evne get it to that point :/
