Just finished installing DBO on another computer, but when I try to open the launcher, this pops up. Anyone that can translate it?

Nevermind. Didnt realize the launcher doesn't start when servers are down. It just opened for me about 2 hrs ago. Sorry for the trash post.

it means you cant comunicate with server its your connection
