So I are you supposed to have three character slots because I only have two and was wondering because im having a hard time picking what race I want to play.

You have to level 2 characters to level 30 and they have to be of different races in order to get the third slot.

Will we have the third character slot if we complete to have 2 chars at 30 after the 30 event end ?

Yes, but that two characters needs to be diffrent races (example majin and human).

delete one and make a majin they seem to level fast enough then delete that one and make 3 Namekian
