please help it says creating the application failed. error code 0
how can i fix this im running windowsa 7 64 bit ive tried it in both program files
what do i need updated to play this game as well?

i'm having the same problem and so far can't find anything around it if someone helps u let me know e-mail is [email protected] type like DBZ as subject or something so I know it aint spam or somethin

Mine says Creating the application is failed, but it is error code 183

i can take one of mine but idk how to i'm assuming u just press Print Screen or something but if thats the case idk where to go to find it...

then I paste it in paint. Then upload it to a pic sharing site

change your locale to Taiwan and then run as admin. Two things you should do if anything wrong happens. If those don't work re-patch.
