Strangley organized desktop..

I see a reference to your direct X. Obv as a windows 7 user you have directx 9+. However maybe something is halting or occupying it. I also see Diablo 2 on your desktop. Does it function currently?

That's not obvious at all. WoW is in english, for all we know this could relate to the game not being english, which is why I asked you to check something. Please don't waste my time, or anyone elses if you're not going to try what we tell you.

If you cannot connect to the game server it's likely something to do with graphics or ports. Ofcourse since I can't read the error, I've no idea which that is.
