To buy gold you have 2 options.

1) You must go to your page on netmarble.net and verify to do payments. They accept some gamecards(funnycard is one I believe.) and none of the CC's they support are available in America.
2) Have someone who buys gold send you gold.(Yes you can transfer gold from 1 user to another)

I'd wait to buy gold. As We don't know prices for DBO stuff yet.

I'd buy a Nimbus, but I prefeer to wait and see how is it. I don't want to pay for a temporal item. Or for a stupid one.

well if you are able to keep it instead of just rent it then that would give more people motivation to spend money.

Netmarble does not produce games that has monthly fees. And when there will be english version (if will be) it depends on company that buys the license on what type of payment they will choose. I bet on Cash shops everywhere ;)
