I just finished downloading all the patches and now everytime i hit start on the launcher nothing happens! PLEASE HELP!!!! I want to play so bad!

If that doesn't work, try to turn "resident shield" off in your anti-virus program

I tried run as administrator still the same thing, i turned off avg because it kept calling it a virus in the first place, so that didn't work But thanks for the advice.

Now I tried to reinstall and i did and waited like 5 hours for the patch to be done. it has a error when i start the launcher now!
I looked on the forums and someone has/had the problem the message it displays says:
現在無法使用Launcher。
如持續發生相同問題時請聯絡客服。 Translates to this
Now can not use the Launcher.
If the same problem persists, please contact customer service."
FATE, WHY MUST YOU CURSE ME!

Its pretty self explanatory you can not use the launcher now.

You must wait until the servers go back up, that's why you're getting that error. Everyone is getting it because they're workin on the server.
