I really dont know what to do first i had the ticket i accepted quest i needed to go to the indian dude so i accepted his quest and how i'm stuck there is no X on the map and no circle for quest help nothing..

Chances are you already did the quest to go up to the tower. If you have no X or anything and you activated the tab, go up korins tower.
