You can't read the letters because you havn't installed the language pack.

I suggest you read this guide: http://www.dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=506
But instead of Korean, use Chinese(Taiwan) as language.

all i see on my computer is mongolian? how can I download the taiwanese or chinese language and install it?
