Hi, I am new on this forum and I have a problem with the game. When I open the launcher it gives me an error "Now can not use the Launcher. If the same problem persists, please contact customer service." If I open dbo.exe it stays open for a few seconds.(sorry I'am not very good at english)

Looks like you can't. Run DBOLauncher as admin

Andu, RIght Click the game Launcher and click "Run As" then a little box should pop up and it should say administrator, or if you're the OWNER and have Administrator rights, type in your password then hit OK. Then it should run. The same problem was happening to my friend.

the problem is, I've never typed any password for my admin account and it stills ask me the password. How can i work this out?
