Japan was always ready for earthquake(this was their strongest one).I've seend video of American people living Japan during the earthquke and I see their face,they're not crying or anything.But when that tsunami came out of no where.They weren't ready for it beacuse they rang the bell 5 or 10minutes late.This is sad stuff.
