if its a comic based on DBO, and you need a pervert, why not use MasterRoshi? i mean it wont hurt to use him as a supporting character.

Hm. Decent art. You obviously know how to color well, so kudos to you on that.

Although you really do need to work on proportions. The characters all look like they've had parts of their shins hacked off. Also, perspective. Closer things appearing larger, etc. It's been a week since the last post here, so I'm not sure if you intend to actually make more of this, but if you do, I'd recommend teaming up with a writer, for all the reasons that have already been listed.

One last bit of advice, this is more cosmetic than anything else, perhaps you should consider making this comic in the style of the original Dragonball, that is to say, black and white. It'd feel more organic and it'd help with the illusion that this would be a logical continuation of the story.
