In addition to what everyone else has said, you defffffinitely should switch before you get too far into the game (If you plan to stick around anyway :P)
There are many good English guilds on the supposed server, and you would be more than welcome in any of them. HIIIIIGHLY recommended for you to switch. For myself, when I first started I levelled from 1-20 in my first day of play, I'm sure you could do the same :) (With the addition of help from guildies to push ya forward)
