More importantly, its a super that patrols.
Its one of the blue jacket mice i think, he walks left to right overthere together with 1 or 2 other blue jacket mice.
If you know what to look for (which you should do now :p) you won't miss him =)
do you know where he is exactly???!! cause i got mad of this quest
He exactly walks around the place :p
So no i can't tell you where he is exactly.
He goes from that tent to the left where i think there might be another tent or atleast a depression/lower area and then he moves back to the tent.
