I tried playing game today but I get this screen with a weird update box on the bottom. Any one's knowledge on this greatly appreciated.

Okay so I didnt have my region set to Korean and now that I did this now pops up(attached pic). Please help fill me in on the meanings of these messages.

i restarted the computer and it worked after that

Ok so I downloaded the patch and got it to work, then I exited, replaced new english patch and when i try and start i get this now..
