Ok guys, I'm pretty sure the majority of you read what my version of DBO would be like. To me, it's a joke cause that shit should've been done already considering the MMO technology out there.
But by all means, use my ideas however you see fit (Cept to wipe your asses with).
As an advisor, you guys really shouldn't try to "Remake DBO" as it is, but revamp the entire game. I mean sure, use the worlds, characters, NPCs and the like. But as far as features go, completely restart it.
Secondly, we all want to consider a name for this game. As a veteran MMO player and logical thinker, we "really" don't want this to be called Dragon Ball Online Private Server. Sure let there be Dragon Ball like elements to the game, but not strictly a copy of DBO as it is now. I hope you guys understand where I'm coming from with this.
Reason 1: Who's to say that our project here might turn out insanely more popular than DBO in 1 year than DBO did in 5?
Reason 2: I'm country as hell and I really don't want to have to be apart of the group to take care of legal situations
Reason 3: Considering we do make this happen, we'll have to drop everything Canon to DBZ in particular. IE changing names, skill names and revamping characters so they look nothing like Dragon Ball's material.
AHHHH DAMMIT! I meant to put that in the other spot. One of you mods do that for me.

Thats what I was thinking too, it's like when, say, the owners of the local Dairy Queen decide they don't want to be a part of the franchise anymore and change the name to something like, Main street cafe, but they still have DQs food and still have the Blizzard but they don't call it a "Blizzard" anymore.

But right now, the Private server is just handle, identifier, really
we had the name now, people would be confused really.
So it's all fine.

i think its ok to make a Private server there will be no legal situations all good mmo games have Private server like conquer and wow or i am wrong ?
